The Middle Ground
Hope Church has opened their doors to the Sheboygan County Warming Center (SCWC) for the Middle Ground! The purpose of this ministry will be to provide a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for up to 20 unhoused guests at a time. While this would be an extension of Hope Church’s ministry, the SCWC will be responsible for operating the program as a part of their services. The pilot program will run Monday through Friday, 1:30–5:30 pm. The following proposal outlines some basic information. It also emphasizes strategies to prioritize safety and faithful stewardship of the facilities at Hope Church.
