Abel Family: Director of Missionary Staff and Pastoral Care… as missionaries in the Reformed Church in America, in partnership with Remember Nhu ministry, we work to end child sex slavery through prevention. Our primary roles include: discernment and transition of new missionaries; and provision of pastoral care, discipleship and leadership training to missionaries helping to equip and sustain them in mission. We also provide oversight to our global child discipleship and child vocational training in addition to serving on the Remember Nhu Board of Directors. A child, some as young as toddlers, is sold into the sex trade for the first time every 30 seconds.
